We begin with your yacht’s condition, cruising plans, service history, and existing crew arrangements. Your proposal defines visit frequency, included management tasks, communication, and separately billed work.

Management fees are quoted for the vessel and scope. Washdowns, repairs, materials, specialist contractors, captain services, and major projects are itemized as agreed.

Standard washdowns: $5 per foot per visit, $250 minimum. Managed-vessel washdowns: $4.50 per foot per visit. Condition, access, and additional work may affect the quote.
